Linny and Peter got engaged during a total solar eclipse in Chile—a moment that became the inspiration for their entire wedding. The eclipse represented them coming together like the sun and the moon, and they brought that celestial vision to life at Villa Mareas in Dominical, Costa Rica.They celebrated with 35 guests over an intimate week of tropical beauty and adventure. Linny, a graphic designer and chronic crafter, DIY-ed countless details—including her own wedding dress—filling the celebration with twinkling stars and shimmering gold and white touches.This one was especially meaningful for us. Costa Rica is where we got married, and Miah lived in Dominical in his twenties. We made it a family trip and traveled for two weeks with our then 2-year-old and 6-month-old—unforgettable. The drone footage captured the stunning contrast of wild jungle meeting the Pacific coastline—pure magic.Working alongside Chris + Ruth Photography, whose work we've admired for years, was an absolute pleasure.
