Two days at Belmond El Encanto, up on the Riviera above Santa Barbara, garden arbors heavy with green, the hotel glowing in the trees and the ocean way off below. Brittany and Emily brought everyone they loved up the hill, and once the disco ball started turning nobody was leaving the floor.
